I started the New Year with a resolution of writing down at least 3 things I was grateful for each day. I was hoping to remind myself that I shouldn’t get caught up in the every day grind that I find myself doing on most days. Like most resolution I was gung ho about it but I fizzled out really quickly.
I know there is a saying that you shouldn’t sweat the small things. But I do think you should celebrate all the wonderful small victories and joys that come each day. So I am starting out small and hoping do get in one month of the things I am grateful for or that have made my day better.
